Pack according to instructions

Pack in a cardboard box according to the allowable dimensions provided by iColet.
But don't worry, fill in the parcel sizes in the calculator and find out the category and shipping price.
The maximum allowable dimensions can be found here.

Fill in the delivery form and pay online

Once payment is made, download and print the shipping label for shipment from your personal office.

Please remove any other old shipping labels.

Picking up the parcel by the courier

After placing your order, wait for the courier at the pick-up address on the day and time you select.

Optionally, you can deliver your parcel to the nearest UPS shop 
if the weight of the parcel does NOT exceed 20 kg.

Get tracking information and chill out

In your personal cabinet, under the "active shipments" section, use the AWB and track the status of the shipment online throughout the entire route.

Whether you're the sender or the recipient, you'll have peace of mind knowing where your parcel is.

The courier will deliver the parcel to the destination address

The estimated delivery time with iColet is a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 working days.
Take advantage of the pick-up and effectively reduce the delivery time to the recipient.
