The packaging

You need to pack the parcel in a cardboard box. This is one of the main reasons why we can deliver at such low prices and in such a short time.

How to measure the volume of a parcel:
* Total volumetric size = Length + (Width + Height) x 2
* Volumetric weight = Height x Width x Length / 5000

To be considered:
* The package must not contain prohibited items. Check the list in the conditions
* Package must not exceed the weight selected and paid for
* The parcel must be accompanied by a printed shipping label
* The parcel must be well sealed
* Carefully read the terms and conditions of service

How do you attach a shipping label?
* Remove any old label
* Make sure the shipping label is clear and visible before attaching or affixing it to the box
* Stick the label to the side of the box.

Applying a clear adhesive strip over the label ensures it is protected throughout transit.

Documents
This service is for Express correspondence and is only available for documents. 
In general, a document is defined as a written, typed or printed communication that has no commercial value. 
When sent, a UPS shipping label is completed. An invoice is not normally required.

- L parcel: up to 15 kg, 26,20 € incl. VAT.

- XL parcel: up to 20 kg, 29,70 € incl. VAT.

- XXL parcel: up to 30 kg, 39,00 € incl. VAT.

*Express delivery option: We offer you the option of speeding up the delivery of your parcel so that you can receive it on the next working day. You can choose this option depending on your urgent delivery needs.

- Parcel XS: up to 2 kg, €32.90 incl. VAT.

- Parcel S: up to 5 kg, €37.00 incl. VAT.

- Package M: up to 10 kg, € 43.25 incl. VAT.

- L parcel: up to 15 kg, € 55.65 incl. VAT.

- XL parcel: up to 20 kg, € 69.10 incl. VAT.

- XXL parcel: up to 30 kg, 97,90 € incl. VAT.
